This site treats one month as 30 days (2,592,000,000 milliseconds) for consistent planning arithmetic. To find a past time, the tool adds (subtracts) that number of milliseconds to your current timestamp and formats the result in your time zone. Because the arithmetic happens in milliseconds, it stays exact across AM/PM changes, midnight, and month boundaries.
